Before I write anything about BlueStone.com, I want to tell you that I love online shopping. I use online platforms like Flipkart, jabong, amazon, askmegrocery, askmebazaar, snapdeal, bluestone, etc to purchase several things like shoes, clothes, jewellery, mobile phones, juicer, laptop, mouse, etc. So far I have good shopping experience, and today, I am going to share my experience of buying jewellery online at BlueStone.com. In this Review of BlueStone.com, I will share if this is a good place to purchase jewellery or not.

Is it worth buying jewellery at BlueStone?

Without any delay, my answer is YES because so far I have purchased two items from Bluestone.com, and I have been happy with the both. My first purchase was a pendant costing about 3500 rupees including Gold Cost + Plus making charges. My Second purchase was a Gold + Diamond ring costing about 27000 rupees including only the cost of Gold + Diamond. There was no making charge on this ring because the 0% making charge offer was going when I had purchased this ring. Due to that offer, I have saved about 7000 rupees that could have been added in the cost for making charges. Thanks to BlueStone for bringing 0% making charge offers.

Let me take you through my experience of purchasing jewellery at BlueStone.com in this review of bluestone.com

Placing an order online for a shirt or a trouser could be easier than buying jewellery online. In a trouser you invest about 1000 rupees so you do not really care about the quality and all, but when it comes to invest 27000 rupees then you have to be very careful.

My first order at bluestone was of about 3500 rupees, but frankly speaking I was not much comfortable placing the order. I opened the website several times and closed it. I had hit the buy button and then exit the website. I was in confusion if the quality will be good or not. Will I get real gold or not? Will I really get certification or not? Like this, I had several questions in my mind. For the clarification, I had called to the customer care and I was happy with the response too. They clarified all my doubts and then I placed the order.

My second order was for the Quest Ring but this time I had no doubts about the product as I had already purchased a pendant before, and I was happy with the delivery, packaging, and certificate received. Here is the ring that I had purchased at BlueStone.com and saved about 7000 rupees.

Let me tell you what I liked the most – Review of BlueStone.com

Design Options

Lots of designs are there to choose from. However, I personally feel that if they could have more designs in the range of 7000 to 15000 rupees then it could have been great. Also, I feel that they should increase the collection of Gold Chains, as I could not come across a great collection of Gold Chains but the collection of pendants, rings, ear rings, etc. is superb.

Pricing

At BlueStone.com, pricing offered is as per the current market price so there is no doubt that you will get the best pricing.

Discounts

I love the discounts being offered by BlueStone.com. They often come up with up to 20% discounts and/or 0% making charges. When you buy jewellery from a store near you then you have to pay making charges. You may rarely get any discount on making charges but at BlueStone.com I had taken advantage of their 0% making charges offer and saved great amount of money.

Packaging
Yes, I loved the packing. My ring was enclosed in a small jewellery box. That small jewellery box was enclosed in a large box, which was wrapped perfectly. There was a certificate of authenticity as well as promised on the website.

Bill
Along with the product, you will receive a bill as well that will clearly indicate the price distribution for gold, diamonds, and other elements including their weight, counts, etc.

Balance Amount

It may happen that the product that you receive is lesser in weight then than the product ordered. In this case, Bluestone.com will add the balance amount in your Bluestone account, which you can use in next shopping or can withdraw in your account. It happens because bluestone.com prepares the product after receiving your order. For example, the item ordered was of 2gm costing 6000 rupees but the actual product is lesser than 2gm costing 5400 rupees then you will get the refund of 600 rs in your bluestone account.

Excellent customer support

Yes, I will say it excellent customer support. When I wanted to buy a ring for me, I was not sure about the ring size. I called to the customer support and they had arranged ring-sizers that were carried by their support executive at my home. I confirmed my size and then placed the order.

Overall, my experience at BlueStone.com had been pleasing and in coming future, I may place more orders. I hope that this Review of Bluestone.com will help you, and you may have an answer about is it worth buying jewellery at bluestone.com. The only thing I feel that they should improve is having more collection of chains for men.
